As the bride, groom or parent, you
may at this moment in time, feel that wedding transport is no more than
the logistics of whizzing certain people between set venues within a set
time frame. However, we at www.weddingtaxi.com fully
appreciate that you would have spent a great deal of time and money
arranging this very special day so request that you trust in our
expertise to assist you in making such a very special day thoroughly relaxing and
enjoyable, especially for the bride and groom.
From a great deal of past experience we have found that most weddings require a three hour time frame to allow for a relaxed and stress free wedding. Our minimum hire period for a White wedding taxi, Silver wedding taxi or Black wedding taxi is based on this average three hour time frame.
This three hour booking period can often allow for two journeys to the wedding venue (Mum and Bridesmaids first then returning for the Bride) saving on the cost of a second wedding taxi.
Waiting at the wedding venue (you can leave personal items such as makeup and dancing shoes in the vehicle) during the ceremony.
Please note that the traditional photographs and the natural social gathering after the ceremony often absorbs more time than anticipated. It is also the moment in time that everyone starts to relax, not least the Bride and Groom, so clock watching needs to be avoided.
The happy couple to the reception venue
The Newly Married Couple will be the first to be “Sent Off” from the wedding venue however they may not wish to be the first to arrive at an empty reception venue. We therefore highly recommend our “Getting Lost” en route to the reception, possibly with Champagne, so as the couple walk into an applauding reception of family and friends.

We are not able to accommodate enquiries for single trips “Just ten minutes down the road”. Bridal transport is a very serious undertaking so as a matter of policy all our Bridal vehicles are in the immediate area of the Bridal collection one hour before the booked time, this after several hours of preparation, delivery and administration time. So what may seem a ‘quick hop down the road in an exceptional wedding taxi actually requires several hours of behind the scene work.

for our wedding taxis. Frequently undertaking double journeys in the white
wedding taxis, bridesmaids first then return for the bride, providing the
distance does not compromise the bride's schedule.
We then go one step
further and arrange for the white wedding taxis to remain at the wedding venue
for the traditional "after wedding ceremony photographs".
In many instances actually taking the newly married couple for a short drive before
returning to the
reception. Most newly married couples appreciate a few moments
together away from the main wedding party prior to "arriving"
at the reception. You may have booked a combined
wedding/reception venue for cost and practical reasons. However,

newly married couples truly appreciate being removed from occasion for a
few minutes on their own.
